Pass a standard USDOT English speaking, reading, and writing proficiency evaluation.

Must pass a comprehensive background check and past-employment reference verification.

Registered and active FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse portal.

Ability to pass a company road test demonstrating securement, backing, and safe highway handling.

Must have a smartphone capable of running required dispatch software.

Clean MVR with no major traffic violations, accidents, or USDOT out-of-service suspensions within the past 3 years.

Pass mandatory pre-employment and random DOT drug and alcohol screenings.

Must demonstrate a strong working knowledge of FMCSA and USDOT rules, laws and regulations.

Must have a maintained and current USDOT medical examiner certification.

Must have a demonstrated ability to work independently, manage high-pressure situations, communicate proactively, and safely execute on-time pick-up and delivery duties.
