The use of automated programs, bots, screen-scraping tools, or any other automated software applications to extract data or information through our Websites is strictly prohibited. By using this Website, you represent and warrant that you possess the legal authority to bind yourself or the entity you represent to this agreement. If you do not meet all of these requirements, you must not access or use our Websites.

You may choose or be required to register for an account to access certain portal features, rate quoting tools, or tracking applications on our Websites. By registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself and the entity you represent, and to maintain and promptly update your profile information. We reserve the right to disable any account or access credential at any time in our sole discretion, with or without cause, including if, in our opinion, you have violated any provision of these Terms of Use.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Section 5. Governing Freight Transactions
Any transportation transactions formed on, initiated via, or consummated as a result of visits to our Websites—including rate quotes, shipment tenders, and load bookings—shall be governed by Voyage Freight Group LLC’s governing tariffs, specifically the VFG 009 Series Rules Tariff, as well as applicable Bills of Lading and Broker Rate Confirmations. The VFG 009 Series Rules Tariff is available on our Website and is incorporated herein by reference.
Section 6. Intellectual Property & Ownership
Our Websites and their entire contents, features, and functionality (including all information, software, code, text, displays, images, branding, and user interfaces) are owned by Voyage Freight Group LLC, its licensors, or other content providers, and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and proprietary rights laws.
Allowing access to our Website does not convey or transfer any ownership rights to you or any third party. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Website strictly for personal or internal business purposes related to procuring transportation services from Voyage Freight Group LLC.
